The corporate team at the newly-demerged Pannone Corporate has advised online fashion retailer boohoo.com on its £560m stock market flotation, the second largest corporate IPO on the AIM market since its launch in 1995.
The Pannone Corporate team was led by Chairman and corporate partner Steven Grant and included Victoria Dolan, Tom Hall and Mark Winthorpe.
Steven said: "We are delighted to have advised boohoo.com and the Kamani family in connection with the flotation on AIM.
